HIS EARLY YEARS

Dale studied and obtained his music degree in piano and guitar in the United Kingdom. His first rock band, Freeze, played the club circuit with many well-known bands. Dale was signed by CBS Records and released his debut solo album “You’re so Young”. The album reached double gold status and spawned several hits. Dale moved to Los Angeles, becoming a sought after session musician whilst pursuing his solo career. He released “Talk in the Rain”, followed by the Rock/Reggae album “Flirting with Danger”.

THE WORKING YEARS

John Daniels (Maverick Productions), the manager of Gwen Briscoe an American artist, based in LA, approached Dale to write a full complement of songs for Gwen’s then up and coming album, titled “Winner”. This R & B/Hip Hop album also achieved double gold status. Dale then recorded his Pop album, titled “Modern Romance”, which was successful in the Benelux countries within Europe. A few years later, a Country style laidback album, by the title of “Barefoot” was recorded and released. Following Barefoot, Dale embarked on a studio album, titled “The Time-Flies Project” - a mixed genre of classical, opera, jazz, reggae and pop, on which guest artists performed all his original compositions.

STILL AT IT TODAY

Dale’s latest album titled “Take a Run at it” is in the process of being released worldwide on iTunes and YouTube. This album is a unique and eclectic collection of modern, melodic Rock songs and Ballads. On the tail end of releasing “Take a Run at it”, Dale is currently recording an extensive catalogue of new songs which will be available on this website within the next couple of months. Dale is a prolific composer and lyricist. He has also written numerous soundtracks for TV shows and Movies. Dale is the author and the composer of all the registered (ASCAP) music on this website, and by contractual and publishing agreements, his music will be available for reproduction and recording by other artists.
